I get lots of questions like “how do I scale to x per month”, or what “systems” you need to build a large store.
The reality is that this is a very simple business model.
You buy cheap shit, sell it and use the profits to buy more cheap shit.
How much your business makes is directly correlated to the amount of inventory that you purchase - there is no magic pill that changes this formula.
You can build whatever systems you want, but they mean nothing if you can’t source profitable inventory.
The Truth
Words like “scaling” and “systems” in a reselling context are mostly buzzwords used by people on social media to sell info, giving people the idea that there are ways to automate their business or skip doing the hard work.
